棉秆粉袋栽花菇适宜配方研究初报  

Preliminary Report on Experiment of the Optimum Formula of Cotton Stalk Powder Substrates for Plastic Bag Cultivation of “Hua Gu”

摘　　要：试验结果表明 ,在棉秆粉配方中分别加入4 0 %的豆秸、玉米芯均可代替栎木屑栽培香菇 ,菌丝长势旺盛 ,满袋时间比对照提前 7～ 10d ,瘤状物发生和转色正常 ,增产 9 16%～ 2 9 3 9% ,花菇率达 74 5 %～ 80 8% ,成本减少 11 90 %～ 16 19% ,每千袋利润达 610 0～ 980 0元以上 ,产投比为 4 5～ 6 0∶1。Experiment results showed that using cotton stalk powder supplemented with 40% bean stalk or corncob as substrate to cultivated shiitake,the mycelium grew luxuriantly and the time of full of bag shortened 7～10d.Tumid thing and color changing appeared normally.The yield increased by 9 16%～29 39%.The rate of “Hua Gu”reached 74 5%～80 8%.Production cost decreased by 11 90%～16 19%.Net profit was above $6 100 ～ 9 800 per thousand bag.Ratio of output value and production cost was up to 4 5～6 0∶1.
