绿菇与云南松共生关系的研究

摘　　要：绿菇 (Russulavirescens) ,是一种可食性野生真菌 ,目前在人工条件下 ,很难获其纯培养菌种 ;本研究是利用其无菌孢子对云南松的无菌苗进行人工接种 ,从而获得了绿菇与云南松的外生菌根 ,这说明了绿菇与云南松有共生关系 。Russula virescens is a kind of edible ectomycorrhizal fungi.At present,it is difficult to get its pure spawn in artificial medium,so this paper reported that the ectomycorrhizae synthesis between R.virescens and P.yunnanensis employed R.virescens′axenic spores.The result of experiment showed that there is symbiotic relationship between R.virescens and P.yunnanensis,and it is a kind of ectomycorrhizal fungi of P.yunnanensis.
