摘　　要：目的:通过测试一次性使用灭菌橡胶外科手套的拉伸性能(热空气老化前扯断力、扯断伸长率、300%定伸负荷,以下简称拉伸性能),确定使用引伸仪在一次性使用灭菌橡胶外科手套拉伸性能试验过程中的影响因素。方法:使用引伸仪对一次性使用灭菌橡胶外科手套拉伸性能进行试验。结果:批号为90701的一次性使用灭菌橡胶外科手套的拉伸性能(扯断力为:19.53N-23.27N;扯断伸长率为:770%-840%;300%定伸负荷为:1.26N-1.49N);批号为20090301的一次性使用灭菌橡胶外科手套的拉伸性能(扯断力为:18.43N-23.65N;扯断伸长率为:780%-820%;300%定伸负荷为:1.18N-1.36N),两个批号产品的拉伸性能完全符合国家标准规定。结论:合理地使用引伸仪可以对一次性使用灭菌橡胶外科手套的拉伸性能进行测试,该方法方便、简单。Objective： The infection of extend test of single-use sterile rubber surgical gloves by tensometer can be ensured by testing the tensile properties（breaking tenacity before hot-air aging,elongation at break,300% loab at specified elongation,called tensile properties for short） of single-use sterile rubber surgical gloves.Method： Testing the tensile properties of single-use sterile rubber surgical gloves by tensometer.Results： The tensile properties of single-use sterile rubber surgical gloves batch 97071 and batch 20090301 are respectively breaking tenacity： 19.53N-23.27N;elongation at break： 770%~840%;300% loab at specified elongation： 1.26N-1.49N and breaking tenacity： 18.43N-23.65N;elongation at break： 780%~820%;300% loab at specified elongation： 1.18N-1.36N.The tensile properties of two batches all comply with national standards.Conclusion： Testing the tensile properties of ingle-use sterile rubber surgical gloves by tensometer with reasonable use can make it convenient and simple.
