摘　　要：单纯的制造向服务化制造转变是未来企业的发展趋势,为支持这种转型,通过有效的资源整合解决转型阶段波动的订单需求与持久性制造能力之间的供需矛盾,提出了面向制造及管理的集团企业云制造服务平台。以中国北车股份有限公司为例分析了当前集团企业的资源和需求特征,提出了云企业及云制造服务的概念,通过资源整合、需求整合和按需优化配置,实现了制造过程服务化和管理过程服务化。分析了面向制造及管理的集团企业云制造服务系统、云制造服务平台及相关的体系结构与核心技术。最后,指出通过此服务平台的应用,能够支撑集团企业实现从制造型企业向制造加服务型企业的产业转型。It was a development trend of future business to transform from pure manufacturing to service-oriented manufacturing.In order to support this transformation and resolve conflict between fluctuant orders and continuous manufacturing capacities,based on the effective integration of resources,group enterprise cloud manufacturing service platform oriented to manufacturing and management was put forward.After analyzing resources and requirements characteristics of current business groups such as CNR,concepts of cloud enterprise and cloud manufacturing services were defined.Then service-oriented manufacturing process and service-oriented management process were realized through resources integration,requirements integration and optimization on demand.Cloud manufacturing service system and cloud manufacturing service platform for group enterprises oriented to manufacturing and management,the platform＇s architecture and core technologies were further analyzed.Finally it pointed out that application of this service platform could support group enterprises transfering from pure manufacturing to servitized manufacturing.
