摘　　要：古交水泥厂日产300吨3×45米4级旋风预热器窑于1990年建成投产。2008年由于煤质的不稳窑内结后圈较为频繁，严重时一个星期就要被迫停窑进行人工打圈。为此厂里成立了“解决窑后圈的攻关小组”，经过多方面的分析和采取措施，结圈现象根除，回转窑产质量大幅提高。The ancient junction cement plant daily production 300 ton 3× 45 rice 4 level of tornado pre--heater kiln completed the production in 1990. because after in 2008 in the anthrax not steady kiln ties, the circle is more frequent, is serious when for one week needs to be compelled to stop the kiln to carry on draws a circle artificially. After therefore＇in the factory has formed ＂solves the kiln, the circle attack group＂, undergoes various analysis and takes the measure, ties the circle phenomenon to eradicate, the rotary kiln produces the quality to enhance largely.
