摘　　要：农民工是产业工人的重要组成部分,为经济的发展做出了重大贡献。但农民工合法权益受侵害的问题依然非常严重,这既有管理体制和法律制度上的原因,也有农民工自身的原因。解决农民工权益保护问题,应当选择一条制度与观念、立法与执法并进的路径,既要强调相关制度和立法的完善,又要注重执法力度和提高农民工维权的意识。Migrant workers,as the important part of the industrial workers,have made a contribution for our economic development.The problem that the interests of migrant workers are infringed is still very serious.The reason of which not only exits in the management system and legal system,but also themselves.In order to solve the problem of protection of migrant workers,we should choose a way that system and idea,legislation and law enforcement advance together.We should not only lay emphasis on the perfection of correlate system and legislation,but also attach importance to the law enforcement and protection consciousness of migrant workers.
