摘　　要：介绍了江苏核电有限公司开展质量、环境和职业健康安全"三合一"整合管理体系认证的过程、工作重点和意义,结合自身的实践,对核电企业管理体系发展的趋势进行了初步探讨。The process,work focus and meanings of certification of integrated management system combining quality,environment,occupational health and safety developed by Jiangsu Nuclear Power Corporation are introduced,and the development tendency of nuclear power enterprise management system is preliminarily discussed with the practice.
