摘　　要：新化合物ｌ２（６甲氧基２萘） 丙酸（ 对乙酰氨基） 酚酯（ Ⅱ） 是根据萘普生前药结构合成的衍生物，本文报道该化合物的抗炎镇痛作用。采用抗炎模型二甲苯致小鼠耳炎、角叉菜胶引起的小鼠足肿胀、大鼠肉芽肿胀和镇痛模型醋酸引起小鼠扭体测定了的化合物抗炎镇痛作用。结果表明：该化合物能明显抑制二甲苯引起的小鼠耳炎和角叉菜胶引起的小鼠足肿胀，连续８ ｄ 给药能明显抑制大鼠的肉芽肿胀；同时该化合物还能减少醋酸引起的小鼠扭体数，表现出较好的抗炎镇痛效果。The anti inflammatory and analgesic effects of l ( p acetamino) phenol 2 ( 6 methoxy 2 naphthyl)propionate ,a new synthesized compound which was derived from prodrug of naproxen were detected . The resultsshowed thatthe compound had a potent anti inflammatory and analgesic effects . The compound suppressed xylene andcarrageenin induced inflam matory reaction in mice and formation of granuloma in rats . It also inhibited acetic acid induced writhing in mice .
