摘　　要：介绍了"低碳概念"提出的大背景及低碳经济的发展过程,阐述了中国经济发展走低碳之路的必要性,提出了中国经济应对低碳挑战的总体战略及主要措施,以及若干亟待研究解决的问题。Based on ＂low carbon concept＂,the article introduces the big background and the development course of low carbon economy;expounds the necessity of low carbon road taken by China in its economic development;puts forward the overall strategy on low carbon challenge met by Chinese economy and main measures as well as several problems to be settled.
