摘  要:在季节性冻土区,由于冬季气候寒冷,土壤中水分冻结发生相变。为了研究冻土区发生冻结对同沟敷设原油和成品油管道周围土壤温度场的影响,采用非结构化有限容积法对同沟敷设埋地管道周围土壤温度场进行模拟计算。模拟不考虑冻结相变和考虑冻结相变两种情况下的温度场,分析发现在冻结很长一段时间内,由于土壤中水分释放大量的相变潜热考虑相变情况下的土壤温度高于不考虑相变情况下土壤的温度,考虑相变情况下的管道散热损失小于不考虑相变情况下的管道散热损失;而在冻结后期,随着土壤导热系数的增加,考虑相变情况下的土壤温度低于不考虑相变情况下土壤的温度,考虑相变情况下的管道散热损失大于不考虑相变情况下的管道散热损失。因此,为了使管道能够经济安全的运行,需要考虑土壤发生冻结对管道温度场的影响。In the seasonal frozen soil region, water phase change in the soil takes place because oi the cold climate in winter. In order to research the effect of soil phase change on the temperature field of pipelines laid in one ditch, simulation on the soil temperature is carried out by unstructured mesh and finite volume method. By simulating the soil temperature with phase change and without phase change, it is found that the soil temperature field with phase change is higher than the one without phase change in a long time with the latent heat releasing while the heat loss is lower than the one without phase change,and the soil temperature field with phase change is lower than the one without phase change in the late time with the soil heat conductivity rising while the heat loss is higher than the one without phase change. So the effect of the soil phase change on the temperature field must be considered to allow the pipelines laid in one ditch to operate safely and economically.
