摘 要:机组在变负荷过程中,由于喷嘴配汽方案设计不当,会引发调节级附近的各轴承发生轴心偏移、瓦温升高、轴振不稳定等轴系故障,极大的危害机组的安全运行。对于亚临界机组,许多研究单位已经开展了相关研究,并进行了顺序阀优化改造实践,取得了良好的应用效果。本文开展了超临界机组配汽不平衡汽流力对机组的影响分析,并进行了超临界机组的配汽优化改造实践。改造后,单顺序阀切换负荷波动小于15 MW,#1、#2瓦瓦温最大降低9℃,调节级和高压缸效率显著提高。实践证明,超临界机组的顺序阀优化改造是成功的,能够显著提高机组运行的安全性和经济性。In the units under the variable load process, because of the improper steam nozzle design, will occur the offset of shafting faults near the regulation stage, for example, the bearing axis, the rise of the tile temperature,the unstable shaft vibration and so on, which will be of great harm to the operation safety of the units. For the suberitical units, many research institutes have carried out the relating research, and have conducted the practice of optimizing and reconstruction of the sequencing valve, which have obtained good application results. This paper conducts analysis of impact of steam unbalance force of the unit to supercritical units, and the practice of optimization and reconstruction for the supercritical units. After renovation, the load fluctuations of the single sequencing valve is lower than 15MW, and the maxi- mum tile temperature drop of #1 ,#2 is 9℃, and the efficiency of regulation stage and high - pressure cylinders is also improved significantly. The practice shows that the optimization and reconstruction of sequencing valve of supercritical units is successful, which can improve the safety and economy of the units significantly.
