摘  要:利用建筑环境模拟软件DeST-c,对广州某办公建筑外窗热工性能对空调能耗的影响进行了计算,计算结果表明减小外窗遮阳系数能显著降低空调能耗,当遮阳系数从0.9减小至0.2时空调耗冷量可降低26%;而外窗传热系数对空调能耗影响较小。并通过对全年逐时空调节能率进行分析,研究了遮阳系数影响空调能耗的机理,发现遮阳系数减小引起较大空调负荷所对应的时刻空调节能率上升是全年空调节能率大幅提高的原因。研究结果对于以夏季空调能耗为主的夏热冬暖地区的建筑节能具有参考意义。The building environment simulation software DeST - c was used to analyze the effects of thermal properties of external windows on the cooling energy consumption and efficiency on the base of an office building in Guangzhou. The results show that decreasing the shading coefficient of external windows can significantly reduce the cooling energy consumption. As the shading coefficient of external windows decreases from 0.9 to 0.2, the cooling need of the office building reduces by 26%. However, the heat transfer coefficient of external windows has little effect on the cooling energy consumption. Furthermore, the mechanism of the reduction of cooling energy consumption caused by the decrease of the shading coefficient was also studied through the hourly analysis on the cooling energy efficient rates all the year round. It can be found that the cause of the significant increase of annual cooling energy efficient rates is that as the shading coefficient decreases, the hourly cooling energy efficient rates increase significantly for the hours with higher cooling load. These results can provide references for the building energy efficiency in hot summer and warm winter zone.
