摘 要:以聚苯醚树脂(PPO)改性BCE(双酚A型氰酸酯)作为复合材料的基体树脂,以硅烷偶联剂(KH-560)处理过的纳米二氧化硅(nano-SiO2)作为改性剂,制备出nano-SiO2/PPO/BCE复合材料。结果表明:适量的nano-SiO2既可同时提高PPO/BCE体系的韧性和强度,又可改善其介电性能和吸湿性能;当w(nano-SiO2)=3%时,nano-SiO2/PPO/BCE复合材料的冲击强度(19.6 kJ/m2)和弯曲强度(116.8 MPa)分别比纯PPO/BCE体系提高了33.3%和3.85%,其吸水率与纯PPO/BCE体系相当,介电常数高于纯PPO/BCE体系,但介电损耗因子低于纯PPO/BCE体系。With BCE(bisphenol A cyanate ester) modified by polyphenylene oxide resin(PPO) as matrix resin of composite,nano-SiO2 filler treated by sitane coupter(KH-560) as modifier,so a nano-SiO2/PPO/BCE composite was prepared. The results showed that the toughness and strength can be synchronously enhanced, and the dielectric property and moisture absorption can also be improved for PPO/BCE system when nano-SiO2 content was appropriate. The impact strength(19.6 kJ/m^2) or flexural strength(116.8 MPa) of nano-SiOJPPO/BCE composite were 33.3% or 3.85% more than those of pure PPO/BCE system,but the water absorptions between nano-SiOJPPO/BCE composite and pure PPO/BCE system were similar,and the dielectric constant of nano-SiOJPPO/BCE composite was more than that of pure PPO/BCE system,but the dielectric loss factor of nano-SiO2/PPO/BCE composite was less than that of pure PPO/BCE system when mass fraction of nano-SiO2 was 3%.
