医用生物蛋白胶在胸外科手术中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨在胸外科手术中应用医用生物蛋白胶止血和封闭缺损组织的效果。方法 149例胸外科手术患者分为观察组(76例)与对照组(73例),观察组术中将医用生物蛋白胶喷洒在渗血、出血、漏气创面、残端及吻合口表面上,而对照组手术中未用医用生物蛋白胶;观察2组术后24 h引流量、总引流量及输血量。结果观察组术后24 h引流量、总引流量和输血量均明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论胸外科手术中使用生物蛋白胶能有效止血,减少术后引流量,加强吻合口。Objective To study the effect of fibrin glue（FG） on the hemostasis and defect repaired in thoracic surgery.Methods One hundred and Forty-nine cases of thoracic surgery were divided into observed group（76 cases） and control group（73 cases）.The wound surfaces of errhysis,staxis,hemorrhage,air leakage,and stoma were spraied with FG in surgery,but the FG didn′t applicate in the control group.The volume of drainage 24 h,total drainage and blood transfusion were observed in two groups.Results The volume of drainage 24 h,total drainage and blood transfusion were significantly lower in the observed group than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The use of FG in thoracic surgery can reduce the blood loss and postoperative drainage,strengthen the stoma.
