安宫黄体酮治疗药物流产后阴道出血疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察安宫黄体酮对药物流产后阴道出血的止血作用。方法 92例药物流产患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组46例。观察组给予安宫黄体酮10 mg,口服,每日1次,连用7 d。对照组给予益母草冲剂20 g,每日2次,口服,连用7 d;安络血10 mg,每日3次,口服,连用7 d。观察2组患者阴道出血情况、超声检查结果。结果观察组和对照组患者阴道出血时间分别为(2.54±0.25)d和(13.79±1.62)d,观察组患者阴道出血时间明显短于对照组(P<0.01);观察组和对照组子宫内异常回声消失率分别为85.0%和18.2%,观察组子宫内异常回声消失率明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论应用安宫黄体酮治疗药物流产后阴道出血,可迅速有效止血。Objective To observe the effect of provera on vaginal bleeding after drug abortion.Methods Ninety-two patients with drug abortion were divided into two groups,forty-six cases in each group.The patients of observation group were treated with provera 10 mg by mouth,one time per day for seven days;carbazochrome 10 mg by mouth,three times per day for seven days.The patients of control group were treated with leonurus particle 20 g by mouth,twice per day for seven days.The drug abortion and ultrasonograph were observed.Results The vaginal bleeding time of treatment group and control group was（2.54±0.25） and（13.79±1.62）days respectively,the time was shorter obviously in observation group than that in control group（P〈0.01）.The rate of intrauterin abnormal echo elimination of treatment group and control group was 85.0% and 18.2% respectively,the rate was higher obviously in observation group than that in control group（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Using provera to treat vaginal bleeding after drug abortion can get hemostasis effectively and quickly.
