摘　　要：目的：应用彩色速度显像定量超声（ＣＶＩ－Ｑ）测量颈动脉血流量。方法：应用ＣＶＩ－Ｑ对２３例正常人、１５例甲亢患者、１４例桥本病患者颈动脉血流量进行了测定。结果：①正常人单侧颈动脉血流量为２９２．３４±８７．７３ｍｌ／ｍｉｎ；②甲亢、桥本病患者颈动脉血流量较正常人增高（Ｐ＜０．０１）；③甲亢、桥本病患者颈动脉血流量间无显著差异。结论：ＣＶＩ－Ｑ是一种可靠的测量颈动脉血流量的方法、具有潜在的临床应用价值。Objective: To apply Color Velocity ImagingQuantitative(CVIQ)for carotid artery volume flow measurement. Methods: Volume flow measurements in carotid arteries were obtained with CVIQ in 15 patients with Graves disease(GD),14 patients with Hashimoto disease and 23 nomal subjects. Results: (1)Volume flow in each unilateral carotid artery was 292348773 ml/min in normal subjects.(2)The value was significantly enhanced in GD patient and in patient Hashimoto disease.(3)There was no significant difference in patients between GD and Hashimoto disease patients. Conclusion: CVIQ can provide reliable informations of volume flow measurement and potential value for clinical application.
