层次分析法在医学工程领域中的应用研究

摘　　要：研究层次分析法(AHP)在医学工程领域应用的意义和可行性。通过在医疗设备售后服务中应用AHP法并在实施中使用操作技巧和方法,对某医疗设备售后服务质量进行了评价,并拓展应用。证明该评价指标体系对改进医疗设备售后服务质量有现实意义,而且改进后的指标体系也可用于其他医疗设备售后服务质量评价。该方法方便、灵活,为解决医疗设备采购、安全、风险评估及绩效管理等医学工程领域相关问题提供了一种新的思路。The applied significance and the feasibility of analytic hierarchy process in the medical engineering areas were studied.The after-sale service quality of some medical equipment was evaluated by using AHP as well as some skills and methods in its application.It is showed that the indicator system is of practical significance;moreover,it can also be used in other related evaluations of medical equipment post-sale service quality.This method is convenient,flexible,and can provide a new way of thinking for the related problems in the field of medical engineering,for instance,the medical equipment procurement,safety and risk assessment,and achievements management.
