摘　　要：阐述了大型综合性医院医用耗材、试剂管理存在的问题,提出通过委托第三方管理机构参与实施医院试剂、耗材管理的办法,分析托管可能面临的问题并提出解决的办法,指出耗材托管的发展方向,主张以信息化为手段,通过变革医院耗材采、供、管、用的组织构架和管理流程,从而实现管理效益最大化。This paper discussed the management problems about the medical consumptive material and reagent in large-scale general hospital,and put forward the solutions that a third party should involve in the implementation of reagent and consumable management.Furthermore,the problems facing trusteeship and the settlement solutions were analyzed.The authors proposed the development direction of trusteeship,the organization structure and management processes for realizing a maximize benefit for the reagent and consumptive material management by means of informationization.[Chinese Medical Equipment Journal,2011,32（3）：98-99,102]
