摘　　要：目的:在正常情况下,掌握大型医疗设备的工作辐射对公众环境质量的影响,为医院的环境保护管理提供科学依据。方法:根据国家相关部门颁布的标准规范,应用检测仪器,合理布设检测点位,重点考虑人员可能到达的场所,对大型医疗设备周围公众环境的辐射剂量率水平进行现场检测。结果:根据检测结果的数据分析,大型医疗设备的应用,对医院工作人员以及公众人员都不会受到额外的辐射照射,对公众环境的影响也符合国家制定的相关标准。结论:为了避免大型医疗设备的应用对医院公众环境带来不利影响,构建各种放射防护和屏蔽措施,必须科学合理、安全可靠,同时,应建立辐射事故应急预案,并定期对周围公众环境进行检测、评估。Objective To provide scientific basis for environment protection management by the means of getting the impact of large medical equipment radiation on the public environmental quality under normal circumstances.Methods The radiation dose level of public environment around the large medical equipment was detected at rational detection points with appropriate devices according to national standards issued by relevant departments,especially the locations where stuffs might reach.Results According to the analysis of detected data,the applications of large medical equipment did not make extra radiation to stuffs and patients and met the relevant standards of public environment quality.Conclusion It must be both safe and rational when we construct all kinds of shielding measures and radiation protections to avoid adverse effect of the large medical equipment application.At the same time,emergency plan of radiation accident must be set up and the public environment quality around the large medical equipment must be detected and evaluated all the time.
