摘　　要：阐述了军队医院在落实新大纲组训过程中应牢牢把握的重要环节,通过有针对性地进行使命课题演练、促进基础训练落实等方法,重点突出新大纲变化内容多样化、联合性、信息化、实战化的训练特征,有效解决了军队医院按新大纲组训中存在的问题,全面提升了医院卫勤训练水平。This paper described the important processes should be firmly grasped for implementing new outline training in military hospital.Through carrying out the methods including targeted mission task training and promoting the implementation of basic training,we highlighted four training characteristics in new outline content such as diversification,integration,information and practicality which could effectively solve the problems on the new outline in the military hospital and improve the training level of hospital medical service comprehensively.
