摘　　要：科学的本质在于创新。立足科学研究的角度,以科学的哲学原理分析为基点,就科学创新中科学理论和实际工程之间的某些影响要素进行研究,指出若要实现正确的科学创新,必须密切注意并抓住、抓好四大关键因素,即要善于抓取主要矛盾,建立正确的理论模型,掌握扎实的基础理论,用科学实践进行检验。The essence of scientific research is innovation. From the philosophical theory analysis of science, the elements affecting scientific theory and practice are studied. It is pointed out that in order to conduct the right scientific innovation, intense attention and emphasis should be given to the following four elements： being alert of the principal contradietions;establishing the correct theoretical model; taking command of the solid theoretical foundation; and attaching to the scientific practice.
