文南油田油管断裂失效分析与预防措施探讨

摘　　要：对油管断裂井的油管进行了调查研究,对断裂油管的螺纹断口宏观、微观、化学成分、金相组织和管柱组合结构进行了分析,对油管在井下的作业工况和受力状况进行了研究分析;探讨了预防油管断裂的措施。An investigation is conducted about the oil tubes at the well with tube fracture.Then the screwed fractures of broken tubes are analyzed from aspects of macrostructure,the microstructure,chemical components,metallographic structure and pipe composite structure.Meanwhile,the research focuses on the operation state and the stress status of down-hole oil tubes.Finally,some measures to prevent oil tube fracture are discussed.
