摘　　要：完善社区居民自治,是社区建设的重要内容,也是社区建设的基本原则。实行社区自治,必须实现社区管理体制构建上的突破,给予社区组织以明确的定位,形成社区居民"自我管理、自我教育、自我服务"的组织体系。其中,社区中介组织和社区自治组织的关系理顺是尤为关键的问题,本文着重从社区中介组织与社区自治组织关系的现状及问题、社区中介组织与社区自治组织关系存在问题的原因分析、推动社区中介组织和自治组织关系和谐发展的措施等三个方面进行了充分的阐述。Perfect community residents autonomous, is important content which the community constructs, is also the basic principle which the community constructs. Implements the community autonomous, must realize the breakthrough which the community management system constructs, gives the Community organizations explicit localization, forms the community resident ＂the self- control, the self - education, the self- service＂ organization system. And, the community Intermediary organization and community autonomous organization＇ s relational straightening out is the especially essential question, this article emphatically from the community Intermediary organization with the community autonomous organizational connections present situation and the question; Community Intermediary organization with community autonomous organizational connections existence question reason analysis; The impetus community Intermediary organization and the autonomous organizational connections accord development＇s measure and so on three aspects have carried on the full elaboration.
