摘　　要：管理学作为一门新兴学科,在我国理论和实践中存在着诸多问题,同时也孕育着巨大的创新潜力。管理创新是企业的法宝,是企业生存和发展的必由之路,本文论述了企业管理创新的涵义、发展现状、趋势及如何实现创新管理的措施。Management study as an emerging discipline,theory and practice in our country there are many questions,but also pregnant with enormous potential for innovation.Management innovation is the magic weapon,is the only way to survival and development,this article discusses the meaning of innovation in business management,development status,trends and how to achieve innovation in management.
