摘 要:以川赤芍(Paeonia veitchii)为材料,研究了泰安地区夏季在露地栽培条件下不同程度遮光对川赤芍光合作用以及叶绿素荧光特性的影响。结果显示,自然光照下,川赤芍Pn在正午PAR达到最大时出现明显降低,即"光合午休"现象;Fv/Fm、Fm也降到日变化的最低值。进行遮光处理的两组川赤芍,Pn均未出现"午休",Fv/Fm、Fm正午时下降幅度不大,日变化曲线相对平稳。尤其遮光30%组,Pn值一天中都保持较高水平,叶绿素总量及叶绿素b相对含量均高于其他两组。而遮光70%条件下,一天中Pn总是处于最低,叶绿素总量反而低于遮光30%条件下的川赤芍,且其叶片薄、黄绿色。综合比较,遮光30%利于川赤芍夏季生长。The open field experiment was conducted to study the effects of different shading levels in summer on the photosynthesis and chlorophyll fluorescence characteristics of Paeonia veitchii in Taian region.The results showed that under the natural full sunshine,the net photosynthesis(Pn) of Paeonia veitchii had a midday depression when the PAR reached the highest throughout the daytime,moreover,Fv/Fm and Fm both decreased to the lowest.However,the midday depression of photosynthesis did not appear in the two shading treatments,and the diurnal variation curve of Fv/Fm and Fm were relatively stable with only slightly decrease at noon.Under the condition of 30% shading,Pn maintained a higher level all day,and the contents of total chlorophyll and chlorophyll b were both higher than the other treatments;but they changed quite the contrary under the condition of 70% shading.It was concluded that Paeonia veitchii could grow better under the condition of 30% shading.
