摘  要:研究了一株具有生防潜力的芦苇内生真菌Choiromyces aboriginum Mü1W1C6菌株的生物学特性。结果表明,与麦芽糖培养基、查彼培养基相比,该真菌在马铃薯葡萄糖琼脂培养基(PDA)和基本培养基上生长较好;在PDA培养基上1,0~35℃均能生长2,0~30℃时生长较好2,5℃时最适;葡萄糖、果糖能显著促进该真菌的生长,而乳糖、淀粉、麦芽糖则没有明显的促进作用;有机氮源更有利于菌丝生长,无机氮源不利于菌丝生长;该内生真菌对pH的适应范围很广,在pH 5~11的范围内都能生长良好,相比之下,在中性偏碱性的环境中生长最好;光周期、生长因子、微量元素对芦苇内生真菌的生长均无显著影响。The biological characteristics of an endophytic Choiromyces aboriginum strain Mü1W1C6 were studied,which was isolated from reed with potential of biological control on plant diseases.The results showed that this strain grew better in PDA and basal media compared with the other media.The Choiromyces aboriginum Mü1W1C6 strain could grow in the temperature from 10℃ to 35℃,but better in the temperature from 20℃ to 30℃,and the best at 25℃.Glucose and fructose could significantly promote its growth,while lactose,starch and maltose did not show visible promotion.Organic nitrogen source was more profit for this strain than inorganic nitrogen source.The Choiromyces aboriginum Mü1W1C6 strain could grow in pH from 5 to 11 and grew better in neutral and alkaline environment.Illumination,vitamin and microelements did not influence the growth of Choiromyces aboriginum Mü1W1C6 strain significantly.
