摘 要:对双曲柄四环减速器内齿环板进行受力分析,确定内齿环板承受最大应力和变形时所对应的受力工况,建立内齿环板有限元模型,并对内齿环板进行有限元预分析。在此基础上,对内齿环板进行以质量为优化目标,结构尺寸为设计变量,最大应力和变形、固有频率为约束条件的多变量、多约束优化设计,设计出具有最优结构参数的内齿环板,为提升双曲柄四环减速器设计水平打下基础。The Forces of internal gear ring plate of double-crank four-ring -plate-type reducer are analyze, the force conditions of internal gear ring plate with the maximum stress and deformation are determined, the finite element model of internal gear ring plate is established, and the finite element pre-analysis is done. On this basis, the multi-variable, multi-constrained design of internal gear ring plate is optimized, the quality as design objectives, structure dimensions as design variables, maximum stress and deformation, natural frequencies as design constraints. The internal gear ring plate with the best structural parameters is gotten, and the design basis to raise the level of double-crank four-ring- plate-type reducer is established.
