摘 要:基于虚拟制造方法建立了某挖掘机斗体的三维实体模型,应用瞬态动力学分析软件ANSYS/LS-DYNA求解出在冲击载荷作用下斗体的动应力响应,并试验验证了有限元模型的有效性。针对斗后壁动应力较大的特点,利用应力约束优化准则对斗体进行结构拓扑优化,并给出2种不同拓扑优化方案:添加斗底加强板和加强肋。仿真结果与试验结果进行对比,结果表明,2种方案都能较大程度地改善斗体的受力情况,从轻量化角度考虑,添加斗底加强肋的方案更为有效。Established precise three-dimensional model of loader bucket was based on hob-shaving process with virtualman-ufacturing approach. The dynamic stress of loader bucket under impact load was obtained using transient dynamic analysis code ANSYS/LS-DYNA and the validity of the finite element model was validated by experiment. The larger stress characteristic of back wall of loader bucket was considered, loader bucket structure was optimized using stress constrained optimization criterion, optimization program are given two different projects. Compared with the experimental results, the results show that both projects could greatly improved the load situation of bucket. Consider the fight to reduce bucket weight, add strengthen tendons the way that is more effective.
