专机在煤矿机械加工上的应用探讨

摘　　要：随着生产规模的扩大,专机在煤矿机械加工上的使用突显成效。专机功能要求工艺范围较窄,结构简单,生产效率高,容易实现自动化;加工精度和表面粗糙度保持性高;生产率和自动化程度高;制造容易,维修方便;操作安全方便,设备可靠性高;经济性较标准设备大大提高。以实际应用专机情况,着重探讨3种专机在煤矿机械产品生产中的应用。With the enlarge of the dimension of production, the special machine works well in the process of coal mine-machine. The function of special machine, requires the narrow bound of technics, simple structure, high efficiency of production, is prone to realize automatization; The precision of process and the coarseness of surface keep good; the efficiency of the production and the extent of automatization is high; The special machine with the simple structure, is easily producted and maintained conveniently ,operated safely and conveniently, and the credibility of equipment is high; especially the more economics than the standard ones. Aiming at the application instance of the special machine in my company, the use of three kinds of special machines used were discussed in production of coal min-machine more.
