摘　　要：作为国内加载吨位最大的液压支架整架试验台,液压支架综合试验台利用最新的传感技术和计算机数据处理技术,不仅能够实现对国内所有液压支架的加载功能,而且在测试精度、效率和方便性方面达到比较先进的水平,另外,插销缸结构的应用,取代了原先的立柱,方便了试验台的安装,缩短了安装时间,方便了整体调整。另外,计算机数据采集处理的应用,提高了试验台整机的技术水平,克服了人为因素的影响,提高了测试精度,取得了良好的经济效益。As the largest tonnage hydraulic support load test, the Comprehensive hydraulic support test using the latest sensor technology and computer data processing technology, which can not only achieve all domestic hydraulic support loading function and achieve an advanced levels in testing accuracy,efficiency and convenience, In addition, the application plug-cylinder structure, replacing the original column, which greatly facilitate the installation of the test platform and reduce the installation time,facilitate the overall adjusted work. In addition, the use of computer data acquisition and processing, greatly increased the test technology skills, overcome the influence of human factors, improve the measurement accuracy and achieve good economic benefits.
