摘　　要：针对煤矿井下额定电压10 kV、6 kV额定功率>300 kW高压鼠笼式交流异步电机利用串电抗器降压起动时,由继电器构成的电抗器控制器,线路繁杂、操作维护麻烦、不利于更新的缺点,提出一种基于STC12C5A60S2单片机的智能型带保护装置的电抗器控制器的设计。装配该控制器的电抗器具有起动过程中温升检测保护功能、起动完成后旁路电气闭锁功能,具有电流型、时间型、时间和电流型起动模式,以及起动电流和起动时间可以整定的功能,实现了智能化。In view of rated voltage 10 kV, 6 kV and rated power greater than 300 kW high-voltage squirrel-cage induction motor using reduced voltage starting string reactor, the reactance formed by the relay controller has circuit complexity, operation and maintenance problems and not conducive to update the shortcomings,this paple is proposed based on STC12CSA60S2 intelligent protection device with a reactor controller. Assembly of the reactor controller with a temperature detection starting the process of protection, electric start locking function after bypass, with a current type, and time, starting time and current-mode, and the starting current and starting time for the entire set of functions, realize intelligent.
