摘  要:在不同水分条件下,应用SPDA-502叶绿素测定仪测定了胡杨和新疆杨苗木旺盛生长期的叶绿素含量。结果表明:(1)在7月和8月,不同水分处理下胡杨和新疆的叶绿素含量变化存在差异,7月胡杨叶绿素含量随着水分降低呈现增长趋势,而新疆杨叶绿素含量表现出先升后降再升高的趋势。8月叶绿素的含量变化是随着水分的减少2个树种都呈现先升后降再升高的趋势。(2)过度的水分亏缺也会在一定程度上提高叶绿素含量,造成这种情况的原因主要是过度水分亏缺会导致植物的叶量减少,这样吸收的氮素可能集中在较少的叶片当中,会在一定程度上增加叶绿素含量。(3)根据各水分处理的情况综合分析9,00 m3.hm-2的灌水量是一种合理的灌溉水量,这种情况能够保证树体有较好的生长状况,同时又较常规漫灌灌水节省水量40%左右。Chlorophyll content of Populus euphratica Populus bolleana in vigorous growth period were measured by using SPDA-502 chlorophyll meter under different water conditions.Result shows that:(1) chlorophyll content of Populus euphratica Populus bolleana have differences under different water treatments in July August,chlorophyll content of Populus euphratica shows increasing trend with the decrease of water in July;chlorophyll content of Populus bolleana increases first and then decreases,further increases;chlorophyll content of two species increases first and then decreases,further increases with the decrease of water in August;(2) excessive water deficit will increase chlorophyll content.The main reason for this situation is the excessive water deficit will lead to reduction in plant leaves,so that nitrogen uptake may be concentrated in fewer leaves.To a certain extent,chlorophyll content will be increased.(3) according to the comprehensive analysis of water treatment,900 m3 ·hm-2 is a reasonable amount of irrigation water,this situation can ensure good growth of tree,while saving 40% irrigation water than that of conventional irrigation.
