摘　　要：近年来国内外已将急性心肌梗死患者到达医院就诊至球囊扩张时间控制在90分钟以内作为质量控制标准,但是达标情况均不理想。改变传统的救治模式,开设绿色通道是救治患者有效的办法。Many studies have demostrated that median time from door-to-balloon dilatation of patients with acute myocardial infarction was 90 min as a quality control standard.However,few patients can undergo balloon dilatation within 90 min from their visiting hospital.Change of the traditional treatment mode,and establisment of green channel are effective measures to improve outcomes of acute myocardial infarction.
