摘 要:通过测定 4 个大麦品种幼苗在含0,1.0,3.0 m g/ L Al3+ 营养液中培养不同时间后根的生长情况及不同生长时期幼苗改变营养液 p H 的能力,分析各品种的耐 Al3+ 性与诱导培养液p H 改变的相关性。结果表明:各品种不同生长时期对不同浓度的 Al3+ 敏感性不完全一致;不同生长时期诱导营养液p H 改变的能力也不相同,使营养液p H 变化呈阶段性升降波动,但品种的p H的变化能力与耐 Al3+ 性之间并不一定成正相关,不同品种间存在明显的差异。耐 Al3+ 性品种能诱导营养液p H 至较高的水平,但有些 Al3+ 敏感品种也能诱导营养液p H 至很高水平。不能诱导营养液出现第二次p H 高峰的品种一定是 Al3+ 敏感品种。并且根据研究结果,初步探讨了大麦耐铝酸的有关机理。The correlations between Al 3+ tolerance and plant induced pH changes of nutrient solution for four barley cultivars were analysed by determining the root growth rates of these cultivars seedlings cultured for different times in 0,1.0,3.0 mg/L Al 3+ nutrient solutions and the plant induced pH changes at different growth stages.The results showed that the cultivars sensitivities to different concentrations of Al 3+ at different growth stages were not identical,their abilities of inducing pH changes of nutrient solution at different growth stages were also different so that the pH changes exhibited step fluctuations,while these abilities were not always positively correlated to their Al 3+ tolerances,there were obvious differences among the tested cultivars.Al 3+ tolerant cultivars could induce nutrient solution pH to raise to a rather high level,but some Al 3+ sensitive cultivars could also induce nutrient solution pH to raise to a very high level.The cultivars that failed to induce nutrient solution pH to present a second peak were certainly Al 3+ sensitive.Finally,the mechanisms related to the Al 3+ tolerance in barley were preliminarily discussed based on the results obtained in the present study.
