摘 要:对147 头猪进行了氟烷测验,测得氟烷阳性猪3 头,阳性率为 2.04% 。运用 P C R R F L P分析法对氟烷阳性猪及其同胞进行了基因型检测,结果4 头被测猪中有2 头为隐性纯合子,2 头为杂合子。结合氟烷测验结果,2 头隐性纯合子表现为氟烷阳性,符合一般规律;而2 头杂合子中发现1 头为氟烷阳性,此前尚未见报道,这一结果又一次证明了氟烷表现与基因型并非完全对应。Halothane test(HT) was carried out on 147 pigs.3 pigs were halothane positive (HP),HP rate was 2.04%.The genotypes of HP pigs and their siblings(total 4 pigs)were detected with PCR RFLP.Two of them were recessive homozygote (nn) pigs,and the other 2 were heterozygote (Nn)pigs.In comparison with the results of HT and PCR RFLP,it was showed that 2 nn pigs were HP,which accorded with the general regularity and that 1 of 2 Nn pigs was found to be HP,which had not been reported before.Therefore,it was proved again that there was no complete corresponding relationship between halothane phenotype and genotype.
