摘  要:报道一种由天然植物产物配制而成的植物源杀虫剂"查虫清"对5种害虫的生物活性及对2种蜘蛛和草蛉的毒性作用.结果显示:"查虫清"对菜蚜、小菜蛾、假眼小绿叶蝉和菜青虫主要表现为拒食作用,拒食中浓度(AFC50)分别为12.03、15.05、55.07、35.37 mg/mL."查虫清"对茶尺蠖2龄幼虫主要表现为毒杀作用,200 mg/mL的"查虫清"对2龄茶尺蠖幼虫96 h后致死率为77.78%,致死中浓度LC50为71.4 mg/mL,"查虫清"对高龄幼虫(4龄及以上)无明显作用.此外,"查虫清"对小菜蛾和菜青虫还有抑制生长发育的作用,80 mg/mL的"查虫清"处理96 h后对小菜蛾的发育抑制率为52.78%,200 mg/mL的"查虫清"处理96 h后对菜青虫的发育抑制率为75%."查虫清"对拟环纹豹蛛、拟水狼蛛和大草蛉无毒害作用."查虫清"可以作为一种环境友好型的植物源农药推广使用.Reported the insecticidal activity of "Chachongqing",a botanical pesticide and it's effect on non-target organisms.At the concentration of 80 mg/mL,the extract showed significant antifeedant effect on Lipaphis erysimi,Pieris rapae,Plutella xylostella,and Empoasca vitis.The AFC50 after 48 h were 12.03,35.37,15.05 and 55.07 mg/mL.The water extracts showed larvicidal activity against 2nd larvae of Ectropis obliqua.Under the concentration of 200 mg/mL,the larval mortality after 96 h was 77.78%(LC50=71.4 mg/mL)."Chachongqing" also had strong growth inhibitors to Pieris rapae and Plutella xylostella,but the effect of growth inhibitory to Pieris rapae(75%) was better than to Plutella xylostella(52.78%).Immersion method was also used to test the toxicity of "Chachongqing" on two natural enemies of insects: two species of spider(Pardosa pseudoannulata,Pirata subpiraticus) and a chrysopa(Chrysopa septempunctata).The results showed that the "Chachongqing" was safe to them.
