摘　　要：以甘氨酸和溴乙酰溴为原料合成了吗啉-2,5-二酮。产物用FTIR谱、1H-NMR谱进行结构表征。通过考察酰化反应中体系pH和环化反应中反应物滴加速度对反应产率的影响,确定了pH为7.5,滴加速度为0.007 mol/h为较佳的合成条件。通过对合成工艺的改进,使得反应总产率达到了26%以上。In this paper,morpHoline-2,5-dione was synthesized from glycine and bromoacetyl bromide.The structure of the final product was characterized by FT-IR,1H-NMR analysis methods.Through researching in the influence of pH value of the system in acylation and the reactant dropping rate in cyclization on reaction yield.the better synthesis conditions are determined that pH value is 8 and the reactant dropping rate is 0.007 mol/h.the optimized procedure that results in the total yield of the reaction with 33% or more.
