摘　　要：通过对传统节约概念赋予时代的新理解,认为发展低碳经济的当务之急,是更新节约理念,抵制种种社会浪费,倡导社会节约,实现社会节约的价值重构,全面创建节约型社会。In light of new understanding of traditional saving concept,the development of low-carbon economy has become an inevitable choice,which involves renewing saving concept,resisting all kinds of social waste,promoting social saving,realizing the value reconstruction of social saving and building an economized society.
