摘　　要：根据公共定价理论探讨了高校学费定价问题,并结合高等教育特点提出了可资借鉴的高校学费定价方法,即基于成本监管法的学费定价方法和基于价格监管法的学费定价方法,构建了基于平均成本学费的定价模型和基于价格监管法的学费定价模型。Accoring to public pricing mechanism,this paper explores the tuition pricing for higher education and proposes the university tuition pricing methods regarding the charactersitics of higher education based on both price and cost regulation act.Tuition pricing model based on the price regulation act and average cost pricing is proposed in the paper.
