摘　　要：博客是社会媒体网络的一个主要组成部分。辅导员博客以其贴近学生、信息发布迅速、及时等优势,日益为各高校所重视。"80后"辅导员是高校辅导员队伍中较为特殊的群体,其思想政治素质和实际业务能力素质均需进一步培养和提高,而辅导员的博客建设可为培养他们的职业素质提供一个良好的平台和新的切入点。The blog is an important part of social media networks.Counselors＇ blogs have such advantages as being close to the students while publishing information quickly and timely,which are increasingly valued by colleges and universities.The counselors ＂Born in the 1980s＂ are a relatively special group among the counselor teams,whose ideological and political quality and practical professional performance proficiency need to be further developed and improved,the development of the counselors＇ blogs can provide them a good platform and new entry point to develop their professional quality.
