摘　　要：本文提出风险决策价值函数的一个数学公式,定量描述决策者对价值的主观感受与收益及损失之间的关系。A mathematical formula of value function for decision under risks is proposed,which quantitatively describes the relationship between the subjective experience of decision maker about the value and the gain or loss from decision.
