摘  要:目的:研究测定胶东地区健康人群手指骨密度(BMD),确定各年龄段骨密度分布情况以及骨质疏松患病率,并通过给定的骨密度值对骨折危险性进行预测。方法:选取长期居住胶东地区的健康人群共3306例,其中男1302例,女2004例,由锐柯数字化放射成像系统摄片后经OsteoGram 2000软件系统处理,得到被检者非优势手第2、3、4指中节指骨的长度、体积、骨矿含量、BMD指数值以及T值和Z值,按5岁为1个年龄段进行分组统计。结果:男性和女性的峰值骨密度均出现在30~35岁,女性峰值骨密度维持在20~45岁,55~60岁出现快速骨量丢失,75岁以后略有反弹,男性骨峰值后骨量逐年减少。以1994年世界卫生组织(WHO)批准骨质疏松症的诊断标准,胶东地区正常人群骨质疏松患病率为11.07%,其中女性患病率为14.87%,男性患病率为5.22%。结论:胶东地区正常人群骨质疏松患病率低;女性骨峰值维持年龄段较长;骨密度峰值以及男性各年龄段骨量丢失率符合中国汉族BMD正常数据库的一般特征。对55岁以后女性骨密度进行干预具有重要的临床意义。Objective: To find out the bone mineral density (BMD) of normal population in Jiaodong area, BMD distribution at different ages, and the prevalence of osteoporosis. To predict fracture risk by given BMD. Methods: Selected 3306 people of long-term healthy residence in Jiaodong area, including 1302 men and 2004 women. After systematically photographing the digital radiography by carestre health system, length, volume, bone mineral content, BMD index value, T value and Z value of the middle phalanx of the second, third and fourth hands were got using OsteoGram 2000 software system. Then the statistics was done by defining 5 years as an age group. Results: The results showed a BMD peak at age 30-35 for both genders. For women, the BMD peak maintains at 20-45 years old. A rapid bone mineral loss oecured at age 55-60 and a slight rebound occured after the age of 75. For men, BMD was decreasing year by year. According to the diagnostic criteria of osteoporosis approved by WHO in 1994, the prevalence of osteoporosis of normal population in Jiaodong area was 11.07%, 14.87% for women and 5.22 % for men. Conclusion: There is a relatively low prevalence rate of osteoporosis of normal population in Jiaodong area. Women's BMD peak remains for a relatively long time. The BMD peak and bone mineral loss of men in all ages comply with the general characteristics of a BMD normative database. To pay attention to women's BMD after the age of 55 has important clinical significance.
