彩色多普勒超声对正常晚孕期子宫螺旋动脉血流的研究

摘　　要：目的建立南京地区晚孕期孕妇子宫螺旋动脉的超声多普勒正常值范围。方法应用彩色多普勒超声检测600例孕龄为28～40周正常晚孕期孕妇子宫螺旋动脉的搏动指数(PI)、阻力指数(RI)、收缩期最大血流速度与舒张末期速度之比(S/D)值。结果正常晚孕期孕妇子宫螺旋动脉血流呈低阻状态,各血流参数在不同孕龄之间均无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论晚孕期应用彩色多普勒超声监测子宫螺旋动脉血流,为临床早期诊治高危妊娠提供理论依据。Objective To assess reference ranges of blood flow parameters of the normal later trimester spiral artery in Nangjing. Methods Six hundred normal pregn-ant women in the later trimester, during 28 to 40 weeks gesta-tion,were studied by using color Doppler ultrasound. Spiral artery was measured for the following blood flow parameters： resistance index （RI）, pulse index （PI） and maximal systolic velocity （S）, end diastolic velocity （D） and S/D ratio. Results The resistance of spiral artery in the normal later trimester was lower, and there were no significant differences between different gestations（P〉0.05）. Conclusions By measuring spiral artery in later pregnant trimester with color Doppler ultrasound offers a theoretic basis for the early clinical diagnosis and treatment in high-risk pregnancy.
