摘　　要：目的利用经阴彩超评价单侧及双侧输卵管积水对子宫内膜容受性的影响。方法双侧及单侧输卵管积水患者各30例为观察组(A组、B组),正常生育期妇女30例为对照组(C组),经阴道彩超检测其窗口期子宫内膜厚度、窦卵泡数目、子宫内膜及内膜下血流分布类型、子宫动脉血流参数。比较组间各项指标差异。结果单侧输卵管积水组积水侧及双侧积水组的子宫动脉阻力指数(RI)较正常对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。三组内膜及内膜下血流分布有明显差异(P=0.002)。结论输卵管积水可能使子宫动脉血流阻力增加,子宫内膜及内膜下血流灌注减少,进而使子宫内膜容受性下降。Objective To evaluate the impact of hydrosalpinx on endometrial receptivity by transvaginal color sonography（TVS）. Methods In the window of implantation,TVS will be used to monitor the blood flow of uterine artery and endometrium of all three groups composed of thirty patients with bilateral hydrosalpinx（A group）,thirty patients with unilateral-hydrosalpinx（B group） ,and thirty normal women（C group）. The monitored indexes were resistance index（RI）of uterine artery,the models of the blood flow of endometrial and subendometrial. Results RI of uterine artery blood flow was significantly higher in A group and the side with hydrosalpinx of B group than in C group. The difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The types of blood flow distributed in endometrial and suhendometrial in the three groups were different signifieantly（P=0. 002）. Conclusions Hydrosalpinx can affect the blood flow of myometrium and endometrial,and can affect endometrial receptivity.
