摘 要:针对作者自行研发的一款木材应力分等系统进行抗干扰设计,抑制电网电源、传输通道、电磁辐射等不同干扰因素对木材应力分等系统的影响。结果表明:每增加一项抗干扰措施,都会得到更好的抗干扰效果;线性电源比开关电源抗干扰效果好;采用线性电源、前端加置低通滤波器和隔离变压器、有效接地的方案,得到的抗干扰效果最好。Focused on a lumber stress rating system developed by the authors,a set of anti-interference designs to restrain the effects of different disturbance factors on the system were conducted.These interferences include electric power,transmission channels,electromagnetic radiation,etc.Results showed that the system could display better effects once a new anti-interference method is applied and linear power had better anti-interference effect than switching power.The method of using linear power and adding low-pass filter and isolation transformer with effective grounding measure had the best antiinterference effect.
