摘  要:对钛合金厚板进行激光-电弧复合焊接,并对焊接接头能进行试验研究,结果表明,激光-电弧复合热源焊接新工艺实现了对钛合金厚板的优质高效连接,焊接接头的抗拉强度平均在950 MPa以上,达到母材强度的95%以上;平均冲击强度高于567.3 kJ/m^2;疲劳强度在600 MPa水平可达0.7~1万次,550 MPa水平可达3~6万次,500MPa水平可达7~12万次。Laser-arc hybrid welding was used to join thick titanium plate,and the welded joint were tested.The result showed that laser-arc hybrid welding technology realizes the high efficient and quality welding of thick titanium plate.The tensile strength of the welded joint is above 950 MPa,which is over 95% of the base metal.The average impact strength was higher than 567.3 kJ/m^2.The fatigue strength reaches 7-10 thousands at 600 MPa stress intensity,30-60 thousands at 550 MPa,and 70-120 thousands at 500 MPa.
