摘　　要：目的从临床和病理两方面观察研究经尿道电化学介入治疗Ⅱ型前列腺炎的疗效。方法对70例Ⅱ型前列腺炎患者进行经尿道电化学介入治疗,其中17例在治疗前后分别两次行前列腺穿刺活检。治疗前后,按NIH-CPSI评分、EPS中白细胞计数、EPS细菌培养结果、病理切片高倍光镜下淋巴计数等指标观察疗效。结果电化学介入治疗4周后,NIH-CPSI评分及EPS中白细胞计数明显下降,有效率达92.86%;EPS细菌培养阴转率88.57%;病理切片淋巴细胞计数减少显著。结论经尿道电化学介入疗法对Ⅱ型前列腺炎有效。Objective To research on curative effects of electrochemical interventional therapy through the urethra on prostatitis Ⅱ by means of clinical observation and pathological description.Methods Treatment of electrochemical interventional therapy through the urethra was adopted on 70 patients suffering from prostatitis Ⅱ,17 of which took prostate biopsy before and after the remedy.During that period,NIH-CPSI,numbers of white-corpuscle in EPS,germiculture in EPS,numbers of lymphatic under high-optical microscope in pathological sections were observed.Results Four weeks after taking treatment of electrochemical interventional therapy,scoring in NIH-CPSI and number of white corpuscle in EPS decreased notably with effective rate of 92.86%;EPS germiculture negative conversion ratio reached 88.57%;at the same time,number of lymphatic decreased remarkably in pathological sections.Conclusion Treatment of electrochemical interventional therapy through the urethra is effective on prostatitis Ⅱ.
