摘 要:针对某钢厂原料场地基局部地段出现的问题,按刚性、柔性基础分别复核原设计的复合地基承载力,并按柔性基础下复合地基的荷载传递机理,分析事故原因;在此基础上,采用"半刚性垫层"、"长短桩复合地基"和"复合挡墙"3种措施进行二次加固。全过程监测结果表明:二次加固处理措施效果明显,原料场安全达到预定堆高;本工程处理方法对诸如深厚软土地区高填方的公路与铁路路堤、土石坝、原料场、储油罐等柔性基础下复合地基理论研究、工程设计和事故处理等有一定的参考意义。To solve the problem that a semi-ellipsoidal shaped surface subsidence appeared locally in a raw material yard in a steel plant,the comparative calculation of the bearing capacity of the original composite foundation was proceeded based on a rigid foundation and flexible foundation respectively.According to the load transfer law,the causes of the accident were analyzed.Accordingly,three comprehensive measures,i.e.,the semi-rigid cushion,long-short-pile composite ground and compound retaining wall,were adopted in the retreatment design.The whole process of monitoring verifies that the measures work soundly,for the yard reaches its scheduled height smoothly.It can provide a useful reference for the research,design,accident retreatment of the composite ground on flexible foundation,such as high embankment of highway or railway,earth-rock dam,raw material yard and oil tank etc on thick soft clay.
