贵州汉族4项群体遗传学特征的研究

摘　　要：目的:了解贵州汉族部分遗传性状的分布特征。方法:对684名贵州汉族(男性186人,女性498人)睫毛、眼色、眼裂开度、眼裂方向4项群体遗传学特征进行活体观察。结果:贵州汉族长睫毛、黑眼色、宽眼裂、水平型眼裂方向的出现率分别为67.5%、71.3%、72.4%、68.7%。其中,男性分别为68.3%、18.3%、71.5%、73.7%,女性分别为67.3%、32.5%、72.7%、66.9%。结论:贵州汉族4项遗传特征的性别分布存在差异,且彼此间具有一定相关性。Objective：To understand the features of some genetic characters of Han nationality in Guizhou.Method： A morphological survey on 684 random people（186 males,498 females） of Han nationality from 18-24 years old living in Guizhou were carried out in June 2009.Meanwhile,the frequencies of 4 genetic characters were calculated,and its＇ correlations were analyzed.Results： The frequencies of long eyelash,black eye color,and wide opening height of eye slits and level direction of eye slits were 67.5%,71.3%,72.4%,68.7% respectively.Those of males were 68.3%,18.3%,71.5%,73.7%,and of females were 67.3%,32.5%,72.7%,66.9% respectively.Conclusions： four genetic characters have differences in sex of the Han in Guizhou,and these indices show interconnections.
