关于加快发展牧民合作经济组织的思考

摘　　要：内蒙古发展牧民合作经济组织具有重要意义,有利于提高牧民组织化程度、增加牧民收入、推进畜牧业产业化进程、草原生态环保以及新农村牧区和和谐社会的建设。近几年,内蒙古牧民合作经济组织有了明显的发展,但发展总体上处于初始阶段,需要各级政府采取措施,大力支持,包括:建立健全各项规章制度,为牧民合作经济组织发展提供保障;提高认识,加大扶持力度;加强引导,促进牧民合作经济组织健康发展;加强培训教育,提高牧民科学文化素质。It is of great significance to develop cooperative herdsman economic organizations in Inner Mongolia because it is beneficial not only to the promotion of organizing level of herdsmen and the increase of their income,but also to the promotion of the industrialization of animal husbandry,grassland ecological protection and the construction of harmonious society in new rural and pastoral areas.In recent years,cooperative herdsman economic organizations in Inner Mongolia has achieved obvious development,but on the whole,they are at the primary stage and need the support of our government of all levels,including making all kinds of regulations,offering guarantees for the development of these organizations,offering assistance and guidance so as to promote their healthy development by strengthening training and education to improve the scientific and cultural quality of herdsmen.
